- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the Base: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the Biscoff spread and mini marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
- Season It: Remove from heat and stir in a pinch of salt.
- Incorporate the Cereal: Add the Rice Krispies cereal and fold until well coated.
- Crushing It: Optionally fold in crushed Biscoff cookies for extra crunch.
- Press and Set: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch pan and press down evenly.
- Let It Cool: Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
