Description

These Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats combine crunchy Rice Krispies with creamy Biscoff spread, creating a sweet, spiced flavor that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the Base: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the Biscoff spread and mini marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  2. Season It: Remove from heat and stir in a pinch of salt.
  3. Incorporate the Cereal: Add the Rice Krispies cereal and fold until well coated.
  4. Crushing It: Optionally fold in crushed Biscoff cookies for extra crunch.
  5. Press and Set: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch pan and press down evenly.
  6. Let It Cool: Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
