Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in your chocolate chips (or dried fruit), shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping them into cookie forms.
