Description

A delightful fusion of sweet cinnamon rolls and savory breakfast sausages, ideal for any cheerful morning.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
  • 8 breakfast sausages
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter (for brushing)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and carefully unroll it. Use a sharp knife to cut each roll into strips.
  3. Take each strip of dough and wrap it around a sausage link, ensuring it covers the sausage completely.
  4. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out to allow for expansion.
  5. Using a pastry brush, carefully brush melted butter over the tops of the dough, drizzling with maple syrup if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
