Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Slowly add dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Take about a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a caramel candy in the center.
- Mold the dough around the candy to form a ball.
- Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
