  • Caramel candies, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Slowly add dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Take about a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a caramel candy in the center.
  7. Mold the dough around the candy to form a ball.
  8. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  10. Let cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
