Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your baking dish.
- Combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix together milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the top is set.
