Description

A deliciously indulgent twist on traditional oatmeal that combines the rich flavors of chocolate with the heartiness of oats.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your baking dish.
  2. Combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
