Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas (soft flour or corn)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • Oil for searing

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties the size of your tortillas.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Place chicken patties in the skillet and smash down on each patty to flatten slightly.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Mix ranch dressing with shredded cabbage in a separate bowl to create slaw.
  7. Assemble by placing a chicken patty on each tortilla, topping generously with ranch slaw and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
