- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas (soft flour or corn)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- Oil for searing
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into patties the size of your tortillas.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place chicken patties in the skillet and smash down on each patty to flatten slightly.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
- Mix ranch dressing with shredded cabbage in a separate bowl to create slaw.
- Assemble by placing a chicken patty on each tortilla, topping generously with ranch slaw and a drizzle of Buffalo sauce.
