Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetables or herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder and any chosen vegetables or herbs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Pour in the milk and melted butter, stirring until just blended.
  5. Fold in the cheddar cheese until well incorporated.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  7. Pour the batter over the chicken mixture, covering it completely.
