Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease your baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer the sliced zucchini in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the zucchini, adding Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
