Description

Delicious Chicken Bacon Wraps encased in crispy bacon with cream cheese and cheddar for a flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread cream cheese evenly on each chicken breast, then sprinkle cheddar cheese over it.
  4. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon slices, ensuring complete coverage.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if needed, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
  8. Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let chicken wraps rest after baking for maximum flavor. Room temperature cream cheese makes spreading easier.
