- 2 Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips or Bars
- 1 cup Marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Optional Toppings: Graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the griddle over medium heat until warm.
- Spread butter on one side of a tortilla.
- Place the tortilla butter-side down on the griddle.
- Layer chocolate chips and marshmallows on half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling.
- Cook until golden brown and the filling melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove, slice, and serve warm.
- Optional: Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or cinnamon.
Notes
For make-ahead options, prepare the quesadillas up to cooking and keep them covered in the fridge. You can also bake or air fry them for a different cooking method.
