- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar, mozzarella, or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the crust by rolling out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until light golden.
- Whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the pre-baked crust.
- Top with cheese, followed by diced vegetables and bacon or sausage.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
