Description

A delightful breakfast pizza featuring flaky crescent dough topped with fluffy eggs, cheese, and vibrant vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar, mozzarella, or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked bacon or sausage (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by rolling out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until light golden.
  4. Whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over the pre-baked crust.
  6. Top with cheese, followed by diced vegetables and bacon or sausage.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
