Description

A deliciously crispy chicken dish coated in Parmesan cheese and served with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your coating station with three shallow dishes.
  3. Coat the chicken in seasoned flour, then in egg wash, and finally in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  4. Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Prepare the sauce by sautéing minced garlic and then stirring in heavy cream.
  7. Serve the chicken drenched in creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Chicken can be made ahead and reheated. Customize the sauce with herbs for a unique twist.
