- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your coating station with three shallow dishes.
- Coat the chicken in seasoned flour, then in egg wash, and finally in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce by sautéing minced garlic and then stirring in heavy cream.
- Serve the chicken drenched in creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
