Description

A delightful snack featuring a crispy exterior and a warm, melty cheese center, wrapped around zesty dill pickles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs, seasoned
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying (Canola or Vegetable)
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the Dill Pickles into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the Cheeses in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Coat each pickle in the beaten egg, ensuring full coverage.
  4. Roll the pickle in the cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Coat the cheesed pickles in bread crumbs until fully covered.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the bites for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
  8. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
