- 2 pounds of beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the meat: Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer the crockpot: Place the seasoned beef at the bottom.
- Add the seasonings: Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix evenly over the beef.
- Top with butter: Place the unsalted butter on top of the seasoned beef.
- Add the peppers: Scatter the pepperoncini on top.
- Cook to perfection: Cover and set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve and enjoy: Stir before serving, and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or in tortillas.
