Description

Tender and flavorful beef chuck roast slow-cooked with ranch and au jus gravy mixes, combined with zesty pepperoncini for a delicious bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat: Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Layer the crockpot: Place the seasoned beef at the bottom.
  3. Add the seasonings: Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix evenly over the beef.
  4. Top with butter: Place the unsalted butter on top of the seasoned beef.
  5. Add the peppers: Scatter the pepperoncini on top.
  6. Cook to perfection: Cover and set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Stir before serving, and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or in tortillas.
