Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into large triangles (roughly 6 inches at the base).
- Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle into a cylinder.
- Place the rolled dough into a well-greased muffin tin.
- Sprinkle sugar generously on top, and add your favorite fillings.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then finish with a glaze if desired and serve warm.
