- 4 submarine rolls (6–10 inches each)
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ pound pre-cooked pulled pork
- ½ pound sliced ham
- 3 dill pickles, sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to low broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place halved rolls on the sheet, cut side up.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl, then brush the mixture onto the cut sides of the rolls.
- Toast them for 2–3 minutes until golden, keeping an eye to prevent burning.
- Dice the pulled pork, ham, pickles, and cheese, then combine in a bowl with mustard.
- Scoop about 1 cup of filling into each toasted roll.
- Serve sandwiches warm and enjoy.
