Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
