Description

A crispy, juicy chicken sandwich infused with the tangy flavor of dill pickles, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Toast the sandwich buns in the oven for the last few minutes.
