A luxuriously creamy No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with a rich chocolate glaze and a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Stir until the mixture is sandy and press it into your 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate.
- Make the peanut butter filling: In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, then gently fold in the whipped cream. Spread the filling over the crust and return it to the refrigerator.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vegetable oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Top the pie with ganache: Pour the warm ganache over chilled filling. Refrigerate again to set.
- Serve: Once set, slice and enjoy!
Notes
For a fruity twist, add banana slices beneath the filling. Can also use a pre-made crust for convenience.
