Description

A delightful dish of crispy fried shrimp, perfectly seasoned and served with zesty lemon and tangy dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon slices, for serving
  • Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer cooked shrimp to paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with lemon slices and your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using an air fryer or baking the shrimp at 425°F for a crispy finish.
