Description
A vibrant medley of summer fruits tossed in a honey-lime dressing, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup ruby-red strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup deep purple grapes, halved
- 1 cup sun-kissed orange slices
- 1 cup ripe pineapple, chopped
- 1 crisp apple, diced (preferably Fuji or Granny Smith)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup honeydew melon, diced
- 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Rinse the chosen fruits under cold water, then prepare them by hull and slicing strawberries, halving grapes, and coring and dicing the apple into bite-sized cubes. Cut the pineapple into chunks and slice the orange into wedges.
- Combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, and lime juice in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until the honey is fully dissolved, creating a light syrup.
- Transfer the prepared fruit into a large bowl and drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruits. Gently toss until each piece is evenly coated.
- Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled by scooping generous portions into bowls.
Notes
For the best texture, select firm fruits and let the salad chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
