- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Combine the meat sauce and cooked pasta in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
