- 1 cup orzo pasta

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon; brown fully for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the orzo and chicken broth; bring to a vigorous boil.
- Reduce heat, cover skillet, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Fold in fresh spinach, cooking until just wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving if desired.
Notes
You can prepare the dish ahead of time and reheat before adding spinach just before serving for a fresh touch.
