Instructions

- Dip each onion ring into the batter, letting excess drip off.
- Coat the rings with breadcrumbs by transferring them to a plate filled with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the onion rings in batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain the fried rings on paper towels to absorb excess oil, then serve hot.
