- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the orzo, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and chopped spinach, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Slice the cooked chicken and nestle it on top before serving.
