Description

These easy no-bake oat bites provide a delightful mix of flavor and nutrition, making them a perfect snack for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until fully integrated.
  2. Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls or bars.
  3. Gently transfer the formed bites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
  5. Finally, remove them from the fridge and enjoy these quick bites any time you desire a snack!
