- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until fully integrated.
- Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls or bars.
- Gently transfer the formed bites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
- Finally, remove them from the fridge and enjoy these quick bites any time you desire a snack!
