- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 1 lb Cooked Roast Beef
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup Beef Broth (for dipping)
- 4 slices Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese over each tortilla.
- Layer sliced roast beef and Swiss cheese on top.
- Add a drizzle of horseradish sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with warm beef broth for dipping.

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the roll-ups a day in advance and store them wrapped tightly in plastic wrap. Heat in air fryer for crispy texture.
