Description

Delicious roll-ups combining roast beef, Swiss cheese, and cream cheese, served with warm beef broth for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 lb Cooked Roast Beef
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Beef Broth (for dipping)
  • 4 slices Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese over each tortilla.
  2. Layer sliced roast beef and Swiss cheese on top.
  3. Add a drizzle of horseradish sauce and Dijon mustard.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Serve with warm beef broth for dipping.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the roll-ups a day in advance and store them wrapped tightly in plastic wrap. Heat in air fryer for crispy texture.
