Description

Delightful creamy bites of Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and chocolate make for a guilt-free treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drop scoops of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 240 minutes or until solid.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with avocado oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt on top, if desired.
  8. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

Make a double batch for a longer-lasting treat. These bites store well in the freezer for up to a month.
