- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop scoops of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
- Freeze for about 240 minutes or until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips with avocado oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the chocolate.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top, if desired.
- Freeze again for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Make a double batch for a longer-lasting treat. These bites store well in the freezer for up to a month.
