Description

Delicious frozen bites made with creamy peanut butter and tangy Greek yogurt, perfect for a refreshing snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  3. Add optional toppings like mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries on top.
  4. Freeze the molds for about 180–240 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
  5. Pop out the bites and serve immediately. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
