- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Add optional toppings like mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries on top.
- Freeze the molds for about 180–240 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
- Pop out the bites and serve immediately. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
