- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the melted butter, packed brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl, mixing until you achieve a smooth texture.
- Crack in the two eggs and pour in the vanilla extract. Mix until silky.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet batter until just combined.
- Pour in the maple syrup and fold it in until evenly distributed.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Cut into squares.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds before serving for warmed gooeyness!
