Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
- Combine the Greek yogurt and sugar in a mixing bowl using your whisk until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
