Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and sugar in a mixing bowl using your whisk until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
