Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add the flour gradually, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into logs and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they float, about 2-4 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Feel free to use frozen spinach, but ensure it is well-drained. You can make the dough in advance and refrigerate it.
