- 2 tablespoons green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with vibrant cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, green food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar in another bowl until smooth.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, folding until the batter is smooth and green.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting once cooled.
Notes
Substitute buttermilk with yogurt mixed with milk if needed. For extra indulgence, add chocolate chips or mixed crushed nuts.
