Description

Experience succulent grilled BBQ chicken with a smoky, sweet, and tangy flavor that brings nostalgia and joy to every gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts and let them marinate briefly.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, turning only once.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce onto the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove the chicken once it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken up to 24 hours in advance. You can also use an air fryer or oven as alternative cooking methods.
