Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add honey and lemon juice, whisking until combined.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey lemon butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

Make the honey lemon butter sauce a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Let the salmon come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking.
