Description

A delightful grilled salmon dish topped with a sweet and tangy honey lemon butter sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add honey and lemon juice, whisking until combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey lemon butter sauce over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with remaining honey lemon butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the honey lemon butter sauce a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Let the salmon come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking.
