Instructions
- Cook the beef by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sizzle, breaking it apart until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season it up by sprinkling in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to infuse the flavors.
- Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mixing the seasoned beef with warm rice, black beans, shredded cheese, and salsa.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle until flexible.
- Assemble your creation by spooning a generous amount of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and rolling them tightly.
- Serve hot with extra salsa, guacamole, or sour cream on the side.
