Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then dry them completely.
- Grab a fork and poke holes all over each potato, about 4-6 times.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb and garlic mixture all over the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, until tender.
