- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
