- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 6 whole soft brioche slider buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (For toasting buns)
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 0.5 cup purple cabbage (Thinly sliced)
- 0.5 cup shredded carrots
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise (For the slaw)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, chipotle peppers, ketchup, olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour in the marinade. Massage to coat well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Prepare the Slaw: Mix shredded cabbages, carrots, garlic, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, sour cream, and milk in a bowl until coated.
- Toast the Buns: Melt butter in a pan and lightly toast brioche buns until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the Sliders: Slice cooked chicken and place on each toasted bun, topping generously with slaw, and crown with the other half of the bun.
