Description

A delightful twist on a classic sandwich, featuring layers of creamy cheddar, savory beef, crispy bacon, sweet apple slices, and a kick of hot honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Sourdough or Artisanal Bread
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium Apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of Cooked Bacon
  • 6 oz Grilled Steak or Roast Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Stack cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice, followed by apple slices, grilled steak, and bacon. Drizzle with hot honey.
  3. Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side facing up.
  4. Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the sandwich, flipping until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Customize with additional flavors like jalapeños or mustard for added depth.
