- 4 slices of Sourdough or Artisanal Bread
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 medium Apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced
- 4 slices of Cooked Bacon
- 6 oz Grilled Steak or Roast Beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Stack cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice, followed by apple slices, grilled steak, and bacon. Drizzle with hot honey.
- Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side facing up.
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich, flipping until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
