- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or assorted vegetables.
