Description

A creamy, cheesy dip featuring spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or assorted vegetables.

Notes
