- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, covering the base completely.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Lay sliced bananas on top of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layering with more graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and more banana slices.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or preferably overnight.

For best results, prepare this cake a day in advance to allow flavors to meld. Using ripe bananas is crucial for the best texture.
