Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and chocolate frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, covering the base completely.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Lay sliced bananas on top of the pudding mixture.
  6. Repeat the layering with more graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and more banana slices.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or preferably overnight.

Notes

For best results, prepare this cake a day in advance to allow flavors to meld. Using ripe bananas is crucial for the best texture.
