Description

Crispy, flaky dough wraps tender sausages, creamy cheese, and spicy jalapeños, creating a delightful snack perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of mini cocktail sausages
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into strips.
  3. Wrap each sausage with dough, sealing the ends tightly.
  4. Mix cream cheese and jalapeños in a bowl until well-blended.
  5. Spoon a dollop of the mixture onto each wrapped sausage.
  6. Place wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
