- 1 lb Ground Meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and spices. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Cut the Pita: Carefully slice each pita in half, creating pockets to fill with the meat mixture.
- Stuff the Pitas: Generously fill each pita half with the meat mixture.
- Brush with Olive Oil: Use a basting brush to coat the outside of each stuffed pita.
- Heat Your Grill/Skillet: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook Until Crispy: Place the stuffed pitas on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve Warm: Once cooked, serve immediately.
