Description

A delightful and creamy Lemon Caper Egg Salad, perfect for brunches, picnics, or a quick lunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves, crackers, or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
