Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the flank steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag, coating it thoroughly, and let it soak for at least 1 hour or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
