Description

Delicious marinated steak tacos featuring tender flank steak, bursting with flavor from a vibrant marinade, topped with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Toppings: Diced onions, cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the flank steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag, coating it thoroughly, and let it soak for at least 1 hour or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
