- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Mint Aero chocolate bars, chopped
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a large mixing bowl and stir in the granulated sugar until combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture until just mixed.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Aero bars and mint chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
- Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
