Description

Delight in rich chocolate and refreshing mint with these fudgy Mint Aero Brownies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Mint Aero chocolate bars, chopped
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a large mixing bowl and stir in the granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the chopped Mint Aero bars and mint chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
