Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Sliced ham
- Sliced turkey
- Sliced Swiss cheese
- Sliced cheddar cheese
- Large eggs
- Whole milk
- Vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
- Butter
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Layer slices of ham, turkey, and cheese between slider buns.
- Place the assembled sliders in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sliders.
- Melt butter and brush it over the top of the sliders.
- Pop them in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
Make-ahead by assembling sliders and refrigerating overnight. Can also be made in an air fryer.
