Description

Delicious Monte Cristo sliders featuring a blend of ham and turkey nestled between soft slider buns, drizzled with maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced ham
  • Sliced turkey
  • Sliced Swiss cheese
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Large eggs
  • Whole milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar
  • Butter
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
  3. Layer slices of ham, turkey, and cheese between slider buns.
  4. Place the assembled sliders in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sliders.
  6. Melt butter and brush it over the top of the sliders.
  7. Pop them in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
  9. Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.

Notes

Make-ahead by assembling sliders and refrigerating overnight. Can also be made in an air fryer.
