Delicious no-bake cups combining peanut butter, oats, and honey for a sweet, nutritious treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a greased muffin tin or silicone mold to ensure they hold their shape.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until they’re firm and set.
  5. Once set, gently pop out of the molds and enjoy!
