Delicious no-bake cups combining peanut butter, oats, and honey for a sweet, nutritious treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup), and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture firmly into a greased muffin tin or silicone mold to ensure they hold their shape.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until they’re firm and set.
- Once set, gently pop out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or frozen for up to three months.
