- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the beef in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion with the beef until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Combine the diced tomatoes, beef broth, orzo, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, bringing the mixture to a boil before simmering for about 10 minutes.
- Add cheese on top if desired, and then transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until orzo is tender and cheese is bubbly.
