Description

A delightful oven-baked honey salmon recipe with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet (wild-caught recommended)
  • Honey
  • Soy Sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Vegetables for serving (e.g., broccoli, carrots)
  • Rice or Salad for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the glaze by mixing honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with the honey glaze.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily or reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
  5. Serve with vibrant vegetables and rice or salad, drizzled with extra glaze.

Notes

Make the glaze a day in advance for deeper flavors. Cook in an air fryer for a crispy exterior.
